  13. Don\u2019t compare your life to others. You have no idea what their journey is all about.<\/li>\n

  16. Take a deep breath. It calms the mind.<\/li>\n
  17. Get rid of anything that isn\u2019t useful.\u00a0 Clutter weighs you down in many ways.<\/li>\n
  18. Whatever doesn\u2019t kill you really does make you stronger.<\/li>\n

  20. When it comes to going after what you love in life, don\u2019t take no for an answer.<\/li>\n
