Set a specific goal<\/strong><br \/>\n\u201cA goal without a plan is just a wish.\u201d ~ Larry Elder<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>2.Give it a deadline<\/strong><br \/>\nSetting an exact deadline gives you a time frame for accomplishing your goal.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Write it down and hang it up on the wall<\/strong><br \/>\nBy writing it down and hanging it on the wall, in plain sight, it becomes a constant reminder and part of your everyday life.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Exercise<\/strong><br \/>\nIn order to get your blood and creative juices flowing again try running in place, jumping jacks, push-ups or just dance!
