The Launch of the new, old By George Journal

Welcome! Much has changed since Lisa and I started our public relations business 15 years ago, back in January 1994. One constant, however, has been the desire to share our experiences and insight in public relations by publishing a topical and useful journal. Throughout the years, By George has been a part of our efforts to highlight the changing nature of PR and pass along nuggets that might prove useful to our readership.  

The unveiling of this By George Journal is an extension of our original goals. Our mission remains the same: 

By George Journal is a collection of observations and articles from the desk of Chris George, President of CG&A COMMUNICATIONS.  The inspiration for this journal arises from a desire to share perspectives on current communications issues and the evolving business of public relations, and to provide creative and humourous material for use in work and social settings.”   

So, we launch this on-line version of the journal to help celebrate CG&A COMM’s 15-year anniversary. We look forward to regularly providing our take on communications issues. We also trust you will find the posts useful. (Let me take this opportunity to encourage you to sign up for a RSS feed.)
